Policy
We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation for a full refund. If you cancel between 24-48 hours prior to the trip, you will receive a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before the trip, or if you fail to contact us within that time period, we cannot provide any refund on the trip.
Refunds/Partial Refunds
The captain may cancel the trip at his discretion for various reasons including inclement weather, emergencies and/or unforeseen circumstances. A partial refund will be issued under those circumstances with a $15.00 cancellation fee if you are unable to reschedule the trip.
The assigned captain will wait up to 15 minutes after departure time to allow all paying passengers to arrive. If the passengers fail to show within that time period, no refund will be provided. Please ensure a valid phone number and/or email address is listed at booking so the captain can contact you to ensure you will be arriving that day. If you are running late or unable to attend the scheduled departure, please email or contact us by phone.
If the vessel departs on the trip but must be cancelled due to the above listed reasons, a partial refund will apply if no more than one hour has passed from the start time.
Guests may reschedule the trip free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the departure time. Rescheduling requests will incur a $25.00 administrative fee.
